If Your Game Won’t Load, its important to complete all the steps including step 7.

1. Refresh the page

2. Restart your browser, make sure all tabs are closed

5. Clear your flash cache:http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.htmlYou could just delete ravenwood fair, but its usually best to just delete all sites

6. Clear your browser history and cookies

7. Consider trying a different web browser

8. If none of that works add your information to the Loading Problems thread: http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=120563477996213&topic=377It would be helpful to provide your operating system information, browser(s), and exactly which error is displayed, and if there is a specific time that you get the error (ie visiting neighbours, etc)

Trees growing ....

As we're sure many of you have noticed, a rather large update went out last night. Buildings and decorations and more can now be Stashed, Sleeping Potions have been re-growing trees in fairs far and wide, and thorny buildings have now been de-thorned. Detorning time ...

It's de-thorning time! Seems as though a few of you have gotten snagged on some of the thorned building quests. At long last, we've gotten to the bottom of the issue and are getting you unstuck.
