• Select a 3×3 clear section of your land which will not be use for planting.  Usually the corner section
• Place your character in the middle of the chosen section
• Click the Market button.
• Select Decorations tab.
• Choose the cheapest fence.
• Place the fence around your character to block it from going around.
• Plow, plant or harvest now.
