Dee's Blog: Lost Animal

Lost animals often wander onto farms in FarmVille. This gives the farmer the choice to either help the animal or turn it away. If a farmer chooses to help the animal, a notification will be sent to the farmer's neighbor. They have the chance to adopt the animal onto their farm. Contrary to many other claimable items, a lost animal can be adopted by everyone who stumbles upon it on a wall: even when they are not a neighbor of the farmer who sent it along.

There are several different animals that find themselves lost and lonely.

Percentages show the probability of the animal being lost. For example, if an animal is lost there is a 5% probability of being a Pink Cow. Also if the animal has retired it probably will not wander onto your farm.

Black Sheep	Player was farming when a lonely Black Sheep wandered onto their farm in FarmVille. This poor sheep was abandoned because she's a bit different from other sheep. She feels very sad and needs a new home.	Retired
Ugly Duckling	Player was farming when a sad Ugly Duckling wandered onto their farm in FarmVille. This poor ducky ran away from his old home because the other ducklings made fun of him. He feels very sad and could use a new home.	15.0%
Turtle	Player was farming when a sad, Lost Turtle wandered onto their farm in FarmVille. This little guy was running a race and lost his way. None of his friends are anywhere to be found. He feels very sad and could use a new home.	Retired
Black Cat	Player was farming when a sad, lonely black kitten wandered onto their farm in FarmVille. She's been searching for her lost friend who likes to hide inside of Jack-O-Lanterns. She feels very sad and could use a new home and help finding her friend.	Retired
Wild Turkey	Player discovered this frightened bird in FarmVille. This time of year is tough for her and her kind. Hopefully she can find comfort and safety on a friendly farm...	Retired
Clumsy Reindeer	Player was farming when a Clumsy Reindeer stumbled onto their farm in FarmVille. He had a few accidents while learning to pull Santa's sleigh. Now the other reindeer won't let him join in their reindeer games. He is very sad and could use some friends and a new home.	Retired
Bull	Player was farming when a Lonely Bull wandered onto their farm in FarmVille. He escaped from the rodeo and is tired of all the bucking, jumping and kicking. He's Just looking for a simpler life and could use some friends and a new home.	10.0%
Penguin	Player was farming when a Lost Penguin waddled onto their farm. This little guy traveled all the way from the North Pole to see the snow in FarmVille! He's been separated from his sightseeing group and family. He could use a safe place to stay until he finds them.	Retired
